Sunderland have won only 11 points from their opening 14 Premier League matches, but they have greatly picked up after Martin O` Neill`s arrival, winning 13 points from their 7 Premier League matches. Also, they are so far unbeaten at home under O`Neill, earning stoppage time wins over Blackburn (2-1) and Manchester City (1-0) and drawing with Everton (1-1). Wes Brown returns to the starting lineup following three weeks out with a groin injury.

Boosted by the win over Arsena

Swansea produced quite a shock on last round, earning an excellent victory over Arsenal (3-2), their third win in a row (2-0 at Aston Villa and a 4-2 Cup victory over Barnsley). The guests have lost only once in their last 7 rounds (3 wins and 3 draws) and only twice in their last six away from the Liberty Stadium, having been beaten in their opening four matches on the road. On-loan Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran and Gylfi Sigurdsson could be given a start.

Home advantage

This should be a close encounter between two in-form sides, however, I will give the hosts the better chance for a win.
