The best team

Serbia is the best team on this European championship. In the group B they had 2 victories, with only one draw against Slovakia. By the way, that match wasn`t important for Serbia and they played most of the game without the best players and without the first goalkeeper Stanic. However, Serbia managed to win against Poland with 22:18, against Denmark 24:22 in the first phase. Then played 21:21 with Germany and won 24:21 against Sweden. The fans are very satisfied and they are dreaming about the final.

Victory in the last round

Macedonia finally won. In the last round Macedonia won 27:25 against Poland. There were more then 10.000 fans in Belgrade Arena, they all created a fantastic atmosphere. The President Gorge Ivanov was also there, giving his support to the players. Still, the victory over Poland was paid very expensive. Jonovski has a broken nose and most probably will skip the next matches. Filip Mirkulovski was also injured, but the last information are more optimistic about him.

I expect another victory for Macedonia

I expect another victory for Macedonia. Yes, it is true that Serbi is favorite, after all they are in great form and they are playing at home. But the motivation could be decisive here. While Serbia is already qualified for the semifinal, this match is very important for Macedonia. Depending on other results, Macedonia could reach even the semifinal. However, even the third place in the group is a fantastic result for Macedonia, they will fight for that. Plus, I believe Serbian coach Veselin Vukovic will rest some of his best players. He will like to keep them fresh for the semifinal and to avoid any potential injury. In situation like this I believe Macedonia is able to win. Once again there will be some 10.000 Macedonian fans and it is a question which team will have bigger support. So, Macedonia is my call.
