Lot of problems

San Lorenzo have lot of problems at the moment. First of all, they have just one victory in the last six rounds. Second, they are handicapped for this match. Five players are injured and definitely won`t play against Independiente: Diego Martinez, Gaston Aguirre, Gonzalo Bazan, Juan Carlos Menseguez and Pablo Migliore. To be the situation even worse, three more players are rated as doubtful - Carlos Nahuel Benítez, Aureliano Torres and Cristian Tula. The only good news is that Jonathan Bottinelli will be back from suspension.

Important match

This is very important match for Independiente. Ir better to say crucial if they want to keep their Copa libertadores dreams alive. Independiente must win here and I am sure they will try. Their form isn`t excellent, even they are in five games unbeaten run. Still, only one of the mentioned five games ended with Independiente`s victory, 3:0 against Olimpo on 19.11.2011. For this match Independiente is almost complete as only Nicolas Cabrera is sidelined with an injury.

The guests are better

I expect Independiente to win here. Simply, they are better team at the moment. They are in solid form (I already wrote they are unbeaten in the last five rounds) and I expect to take three points at San Lorenzo. Additionally, the hosts have many injuries. I know some of them are long term injured, but still it is an important handicap. Finally, Independiente is unbeaten on the last two visits to San Lorenzo. They have one victory (3:0 on 15.11.2009) and one draw (1:1 on 07.11.2010) on the last two visits. I expect they will win now.
