Not a bad team

Persib is one of the good teams in Indonesia and should finish just before the biggest title contenders. Persib are capable of surprising the big guns, but nothing more than that. The Bandung side is on 5th place right now, being very solid at home (4 wins and a draw). However, Persib have played against only one really serious team - Sriwijaya (1:0). As for the away games, Persib had 4 difficult visits and logically earned just 2 points. There are a lot of well-known names in their squad - Robbie Gaspar created a good name in Asia, Miljan Radovic is the man for important goals, while from the local lads I could point out Yandri Pitoy (GK), Maman Abdurahman (DF), Aliyudin (FW), Atep Rizal (MF), Tony Sucipto (DF, MF), Muhammad Ilham (MF)...

Persija have 13 points with 6 matches played, 4 of them away from home. The team lost only to title contenders Sriwijaya (2:1), but earned wins over Persiram (0:6), PSPS (0:2) and Pelita (0:2). Keeping a clean sheet away to PSPS and Pelita is a good achievement, cause both teams have decent attacks that are capable of causing trouble. As for the home games, Persija are 1-1-0, winning over Deltras and drawing with Persidafon, which is, in fact, the only really disappointing result. Persija kept 5 clean sheets out of 6 games, so their defense should be very confident ahead of the game versus Persib. Persija are dangerous with Pamungkas, Velazquez, Pugliara and Affandi, so pay attention to the results of this team.

Persija could win away from home again

Persija have a really solid defense record and their good attacking players could always score a goal or two. Persib are very good at home this season but in a game like this everything can happen. Beating Sriwijaya was impressive, but I don`t think the hosts are capable of getting the three points against Persija. Persija DNB is my call here.
