Good chance to advance

PSG took a serious options to advance to the quarter-finals following their 2-1 win from Mestalla, but Zlatan Ibrahimovic`s stupid red card from the last moments of the game have complicated the second leg. However, Ancelotti is an experienced coach and he should know how to deal the situation. A good news is that key players are back, with Thiago Motta, Thiago Silva and Alex all set to return. PSG have surprisingly lost in the weekend vs Reims, but I think that the players were distracted by the coming game.

They need to push from the start

Adil Rami`s stoppage time goal from Mestalla still leaves Los Che with a chance here, however, it won`t be easy and Valencia will have to play a perfect match to overcome the first leg deficit. They will miss their regular center-backs, Rami and Costa, both of them suspended, but at least Jonas is in good form, scoring 3 goals in the last 2 Primera matches, while Soldado has also scored in 2 of the last 3 matches, so there is firepower in attack.

2-3 Goals

Valencia have no other chance, but to push from the start and hope for an early goal, as they need to score twice. PSG could sit back and try to hit on the counters and with time passing, they will benefit from the spaces left by Valencia. Valencia have scored in 17 of their last 20 games in all competitions, while PSG have scored in 16 of their last 18 games in all competitions, so there should be some goals here, but I don`t expect a goals galore, as PSG don`t need to rush in attack, while their hitman, Ibrahimovic, is suspended. The 2-3 goals options cover the most probable results (1-1, 2-1, 2-0).
