Fighting for a dream

The first leg of this final against Universidad Católica, Magallanes won 1-0 playing as visitors. But, who is Magallanes? It is a second division team that nearly descended to the third division this season. In this version of Copa Chile (to illustrate you, Copa Chile is more or less like Copa del Rey in Spain) Magallanes, without valuable players or even a stadium of their own, has managed to defeat first division teams like La Serena and Universidad de Chile. They know that this is the chance to prove themselves and the country that they can play in the first division. Católica has selection players that should make the difference if they start giving Magallanes the respect they deserve. I still think they have the football to win.

Católica will start the match attacking and looking for the goal, meanwhile Magallanes will offer a very defensive formation with only one striker. I don´t think that the second division team will be again so lucky. Magallanes is playing as host in a neutral Satadium (Santa Luara, in Santiago) so there won´t be any advantage in this item. For me, is a clear victory for Católica, they want a revenge and the title. They have the players, and they already know that Magallanes is not an esay team.
