In great shape finally

Atletico Madrid finally got into good shape in Primera and it looks like Diego Simeone is the right man for this team. The team are on a run of three straight wins in the league, scoring eight goals in them without conceding. More impressing is that two of those wins were in away games (before that they didn’t had a win as visitors). Atletico is playing really well at “Vicente Calderon” all season long (6-3-1). Silvio (8/0) and Antonio Lopez (2/0) are still out, but the good news is that Diego (17/2) and Gabi (16/1) are back after suspensions.

Showing some bad form

Valencia on other hand is having tough times lately and have no win in their last four league games (0-3-1). Unai Emery is having troubles with injured players. He won’t be able to count on Maduro (2/0), Costa (4/0), Feghouli (14/3), Canales (8/1) and Alcacer (0/0), while defender Adil Rami (16/2) is questionable. Los Che is conceding goals really often in the last games and this could be a big trouble against an attacking team like Atletico.

Home win

Atletico Madrid have four wins in the last six games between the two teams at “Vicente Calderon” (4-1-1).
