From my point of view, Iasi is playing the nicest football from Romania. Coach Grigoras implemented an attacking mentality to the team, and the 4-3-3 he`s using is working like a charm. Having many versatile players at his disposal, makes him deal the squad problems with ease, as some midfielders could play as defenders, the same as some attackers could play as midfielders and viceversa. They create many goal chances per game, but the strikers Inefficiency in autmn prevented them from scoring much more than they already did. New signings, midfielders Onicas and Ionescu, along with strikers Badea and Paun are looking like they`re playing atIasi from an eternity, them fitting perfectly in Grigoras`s game plan. So far, they managed a spectacular 2-1 win over Rapid, while last round they undeservedly lost 1-2 at Timisoara, after missing many clear chances to decide the game in their favor. Relegation material

Unirea Alba Iulia is another relegation candidate from my point of view. They don`t have a decent rooster, and the players are limited, with only Florin Dan and (maybe) Enzo Bruno being a spark. Coach Falub is also a limited coach, who can`t think more than the classic 4-4-2 and the only risks he`s taking during a game, is sending striekrs in, 20 minutes before the end, when the team is down. They lost 1-2 at Brasov after an average performance and lost again last round, 1-2 at home against Bistrita. They controlled the game in the first half, but again they couldn`t hold the lead for more than 3 minutes (like against Brasov). Again defender Galiassi looked insecure and made a huge mistake at Gloria`s equalizer, this pointing more a lack of value than not being familiarized with his team mates. I believe we will witness an interesting game tomorrow. Iasi is playing some quality football and they will probably have the edge here, but Alba still can be dangerous and maybe they will try to profit after Iasi`s improvised defense.
