Nicolas Kiefer has really been unfortunate in the past seasons. Many of those injuries were a result of him forcing it too much and not resting enough, so he learned a lesson and took a long rest to recover. I`ve written about Greul last week when he played Bolelli in Rome, and back then I said he occasionally is able to pull out a few consecutive wins as he is a primarily a big fighter on the court, but I will underline my previous statement about him being an overachiever even more after the easy loss to Bolelli last week, as his 61st spot in the rankings is really too good for his standards. Last year he didn`t even participate at the BMW Open, so I don`t doubt he will be willing to put up a good display in his home country, and we`ll see if he can succeed in the battle against the more experienced opponent. online betting

This will be a meeting of two very different German tennis players. Kiefer has recorded a lot of successes in his career, winning 6 titles in serious tournaments, being a former number 4 in the world, having a lot of experience and quality, while on the other hand, Greul has never had neither the quality nor the strength to win big matches. Although this match doesn`t appear to be one of those, it surely will be. Kiefer is very eager to make yet another comeback from his injuries, and playing in Germany where he feels great, is a perfect chance for that to happen. He wants to get as much practice as possible before the upcoming bigger tournaments, so I think he will surely give his best to win at least this one. Greul`s only advantage is the fact he is fitter and readier, but Kiefer stated he is very determined to play as many matches in a short time as possible, and also he said that playing in Tunisia has helped him a lot to get the feeling back.
