Seems like Novak Djokovic is close to playing his best tennis on clay. Ever since his hip injury, Nalbandian had a very hard time coming back and showing his best tennis but it seems like this clay-court season will be the perfect time to again try to enter top 100 and move forward to the place he surely deserves in terms of quality. His narrow loss to Nadal in Miami is a clear proof that he is getting back in shape and as a reminder, Nalbandian is still only 28 years old and has got a lot more to give to world`s tennis even though you all might feel like he`s been on the pro tour forever. However, Novak is playing better tennis at the moment and is pretty-much in full shape and rested playing only 4 sets in his alternative residence so far, while Nalbandian is again trying to get back to the path of success, and is not fully ready for such achievements just yet, which was visible in his game in certain parts of the match against Youzhny, as well as against Robredo. He still oscillates too much and I expect Novak to take an advantage of every Nalbandian`s mistake and go for a straight-set win in order to save more strength for the tough semifinal and possible final match.
